RETURN OF GOODS

According to Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act, every customer has the right to return goods purchased without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

If you wish to take advantage of this option, just send a completed and signed form (template below) to the address: [email protected] within this period, and return the ordered goods along with the form within the following 14 days.

COMPLAINT OF GOODS

According to the Civil Code (Articles 556–576), as the seller, we are responsible for legal or physical defects (non-compliance of goods with the contract) of sold items under warranty for 2 years from the date of delivery to the consumer.

Important:

  • Please return the goods along with the completed form and proof of purchase (transfer confirmation, invoice, email) to the email address [email protected]; the complaint will be processed within 14 days
  • We will inform you by email or phone about the resolution
  • If the complaint is deemed justified, we will replace the faulty product with one free of defects, remove the defect, or refund the equivalent amount to your account
  • The delivery of goods from an accepted complaint is at the seller's expense
  • Refunds to the account take up to 14 working days.
